Launched  by Sir W.G. Armstrong Whitworth & Co. Ld., at Walker Shipyard in Newcastle (#998) and named BELDIS. 

6.1924:

Completed and delivered to Skibs-A/S Christen Smith´s Rederi, (Christen Smith), Oslo.

 6.1936:

Sold to Lambert Bros., Ld., London and renamed BELDISA.

1936:

Engine disabled on 26 Nov. in position 42.40 N, 10.16 W off Cape Finisterre while on voyage from Busreh to Plymouth with barley. Towed by Dutch tug Zwarte Zee to Plymouth, where arrived on 1 Dec. After discharge and examination towed by British tug Scotsman further on 22 Dec. to the Tyne with arrival on 26 Dec. at North Shields.

 4.1937:

Sold in damaged condition to Leif Erichsens Rederi A/S, (Leif Erichsen), Bergen. Towed for repairs to Antwerp, where arrived on 27 Apr. Renamed HERMA, when sailed from Antwerp on 18 June.

4.1950:

Sold to A/S Rask, (Sigv. Risanger), Haugesund and renamed RASK.

 17.3.1952:

Sold to Suomen Moottorilaiva Oy, (K.O. Weckström), Helsinki /Helsingfors (1110) and renamed SILJA. Managed by Fenno Shipping Co. Oy, Helsinki.

2.1956:

Owners went into liquidation while the vessel was laid up in Helsinki.

26.4.1956:

Sold at an auction to Varustamo Paavo Nurmi Shipowners, Helsinki and renamed SATU. Managed by Erkki Tilhe, Helsinki.

27.11.1957:

Acquired by Oy Thombrokers Ab, (Leo Jouhki), Helsinki and renamed MAKE, when delivered on 1 Dec.

8.7.1963:

Sold to Laiva Oy Ritva, (Erkki Poikonen), Rauma /Raumo (608) and renamed RITVA, when delivered on 6 Aug. Oy Thombrokers Ab remained as managers.

1.1.1965:

Managers changed to Nordlund & Poikonen.

1.1.1966:

Managers changed to Ritva Shipping Service.

27.6.1967:

Sold to Rigas Bros. & Dinos Mitropoulos, Piraeus and renamed MARIETTA.

1971:

Sold in the autumn to Greek shipbreakers for demolition.
