Shipbuilding in Rauma in the 19th Century

Several dozens of wooden sailing ships were built in Rauma in the 19th century. It was the task of the town shipyard and its builders to produce new sailing ships and to renovate ships worn by busy sailing for the use of Rauma shipowners.
